The investment community: 2022




After another failure at raising funds for yet another - I thought - worthy project, I wondered if approaching a group of investors online who I met on LinkedIn might be a good idea.

 I attended many of their open Zoom meetings and approached many of the investors with my project.

Since these were money people working and focusing on building their fortunes by investing and milking the next Google, I even tried to make it a profitable thing for them to support.

I’m not Google, however.

Helping others by building community doesn’t make anyone rich.

It just changes the lives of millions for the better.
And, that’s something most investors really don’t care about unless it fills their own pockets.

After all, they aren’t living in poverty or danger themselves.

There are some cold hearts out there.
